Main, but not exclusive functions and responsibilities: - Current management activities of the financial and economic departments of manufacturing enterprises and holdings; - Preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, economic and financial business models for banks and potential investors; - Carrying out an external (as part of the AF “Ukraudit” group) and internal (own forces) audit of accounting, tax and management accounting; - Creation of Management and Accounting Policies for both individual enterprises and holding structures, taking into account all the features of enterprises; - Experience in building a budgeting system and management accounting “from scratch”; - Experience in standardizing costs and making production estimates, building economic and mathematical models of production processes, calculating, accounting and controlling the balance of raw materials using quantitative and qualitative parameters; - Strategic and operational planning, a plan-fact analysis of both basic and functional budgets/reports, long-term strategies preparation for the development of enterprises and individual projects; - Work with credit organizations regarding the attraction of financing, refinancing, other financial transactions; - Participation in projects (as a methodologist) of automation of accounting and management accounting based on SAP, 1C, ODOO Enterprise v.10; - Construction, description, debugging and control of business processes at industrial enterprises and holdings, their formalization, preparation of algorithms for technical problems in automation processes; - Preparation, consolidation and protection of financial management reporting (P&L, Cash flow by direct and indirect method, BS) to investors, including relying on international standards; - Support of tax audits; - Organization of advanced training courses for economists and financial directors, holding lectures, workshops at such courses (with the involvement of other specialists - auditors and researchers).

Among the main regular customers: “РРG-Helios”, “Gallagher-Ukraine” CJSC, LLC with II “Liggett-Dukat (Ukraine) Limited” (tobacco factory), “Cherkasyoblenergo” OJSC, “Cherkasygaz” OJSC, “Cherkasyvodokanal” OJSC, “Slobozhanska Construction Company” OJSC (Kyiv), “Weise” Company (clothing factory), “Laventa” (footware factory) and etc. Functions and responsibilities: - Management, coordination and participation in the verification of the accounting, tax and management accounting of production, trade and utilities; - Processing and compilation of audit materials, preparation of audit reports in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, preparation of contracts with customers; - Confirmation of the financial statements of enterprises - joint stock companies; - Validation, evaluation of the effectiveness of management accounting at enterprises, development of management accounting methods for individual operations, making suggestions for improving accounting and the management financial reporting system.

Organization field of activity: a group of companies producing and selling food products - agricultural processing industry (condensed milk, sugar, meat production, poultry farming, sausage production). Functions and responsibilities: - Management and organization of work of the Financial Security Department and Planning and Economic Department of GC; - Project management to improve the budget system and management accounting; - Balance control of raw materials of production enterprises of GC; - Control of the reliability of management accounting data in financial responsibility center; - Rationing of variable costs in production processes and plan/fact cost analysis using economic and mathematical methods; - Analysis of the efficiency of labor resources use in financial responsibility center, making proposals on the analysis results; - Organization of projects to optimize variable costs, improve management accounting
